Treasure hunting

Yesterday was "market day" - first at the Neighbourgoods Market in Woodstock and then it was off to the Milnerton market - where I found this sweet little owl brooch. For only 5 rand!

I was bored the other day after college, so I made something out of old bits and pieces of paper. Think they turned out quite nicely!
I gave the blue one to my friend for his birthday (because it looked more like a boy) and kept the other one for myself. They are made from materials that probably won't last forever, so I will just enjoy them while they're still 'alive'...
